I am 71 years old and overall in good health. However have been overweight for several years. Occasionally I would loose a few kilos but would easily put it back. Was getting discomfort as had to alter clothing frequently by tailor to a new size as well as put aside that would not fit. Finally decided that it is time to take my weight issue seriously. Was introduced to Smita Khanna Roy Chowdhury who wrote me a diet chart. I decided to be a good student and follow diet strictly. Even then I could not avoid night outs for social engagements where to follow the diet was not too difficult with some control. After one month my diet chart was modified as I had achieved 5 kg loss in 5 weeks. The new diet besides reducing 3 more kg reduced inches also. After 8 weeks the diet was changed again. By 10th week I have lost 10 kg with several inches off the waist line. My friends are commenting on seeing me how much better and younger I look. I feel lighter, more cheerful and confident. The diet requires some discipline and then will deliver the desired results.
